Members of All Saints’ Church Choir, Jericho, Ibadan will this afternoon at 4pm file out to present a Sacred Cantata by P.G Larbalestier, titled Adoration.
Adoration,a classical masterpiece comprises five parts, namely; the Adoration of Nature, the Adoration of Youth, the Adoration of Men, the Adoration of the Ransomed and the Adoration of Angels.
This soul lifting classical performance of 77 pages will feature Recits, Solo performances, Duets, Instrumentals by Brass Orchestra and Choruses.
All Saints’ Church Choir is organizing this performance in celebration of her 65th Anniversary.
Today 8th November, 2025, join the choir to adore the Almighty God at 4pm in the church sanctuary.
Mr Babatunde David Awonuga, the Choirmaster, would be conducting the choir, while Mr Joshua Oladele will be on the Organ.
Adoration is one of the works of P. G Larbalestier (1901-1984), an Author, Organist and Musician who wrote music for Operas, Cantatas and Pantomimes.
It promises to be an inspiring and enjoyable evening of classical music.
