Adekunbi’s Heart Foundation, founded by Mary Oluwatimilehin Ojoare, has honoured the memory of the late Adekunbi Hope Ojoare with an outreach to an orphanage as part of activities marking her birthday on October 25.
The humanitarian initiative was organised to celebrate the life and legacy of the late Adekunbi Hope Ojoare, whose values of love, compassion, generosity and kindness inspired the establishment of the foundation.
The outreach provided an opportunity for the foundation to demonstrate its commitment to supporting vulnerable children by sharing food items and other donated supplies, spending quality time with the children, and offering words of encouragement and affirmation.
During the visit, the foundation’s representatives interacted with the children, creating moments of joy and reminding them that they are valued, loved and cared for.
The initiative was also aimed at raising awareness of the foundation’s mission to bring hope to vulnerable individuals and communities through humanitarian service and charitable activities.
Speaking on the motivation behind the initiative, the founder, Mary Oluwatimilehin Ojoare, explained that the foundation was established in memory of her beloved grandmother to ensure that her name and legacy would continue to inspire positive change.
According to the foundation’s vision, the loss of her grandmother became an inspiration to create a lasting legacy of kindness and service rather than allow her memory to fade away.
