Five people have been seriously injured in An accident involving in mini bus and a truck along dugbe, Oke Ado road in ibadan.
The incident which occurred around ten o’clock on Wednesday morning caused gridlock around the axis.
An eye witness who did not want his name mentioned said the mini bus conveying cosmetic products was coming from the molete axis to dugbe before veering off to the other side of the road and rammed into the truck transporting cement.
He alleged that the mini van had been trying to evade been stopped by security personnel before getting to where the incident happened.
In the meantime personnel of the Nigerian police arrived promptly at the scene to restore order and supervise the evacuation of the victims to the nearest hospital.
