Two All Progressives Congress primary elections for the state House of Assembly were invalidated by a Federal High Court on Wednesday in the Yobe State capital of Damaturu.
Justice Fadima Aminu, who delivered the verdict, ordered the APC to hold new primary elections for the impacted positions within 14 days.
The constituencies that are impacted are Fika/Ngalfa and Jaskusko.
