Mentally Challenged Reeking Woman Poses Risks To Traders In Dugbe Area Of Ibadan
Oyo state Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources as well as relevant agencies in the state have been urged to pick up a mentally challenged woman who is laying in front of Radio Nigeria Ibadan, Dugbe in Ibadan.
The middle-aged woman wearing a white blouse and skirt has been sleeping there for the last four days, according to the vendors who frequently set up shop in the area.
According to the traders who expressed fear that the woman might give up if immediate and proper attention were not rendered, said the woman now poses serious environmental hazards to the area.
Newsarena.ng also gathered that the woman was already reeking her body smell, appeared extremely pale, hungry, and was unable to stand.
