The Ekiti State Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Ado Ekiti will tomorrow, Thursday, deliver judgement on the petition filled by Chief Segun Oni of the Social Democratic party, SDP challenging the declaration of Mr Biodun Oyebanji of the All Progressives Congress, APC as winner of the June 18 poll in the State.
The secretary to the Tribunal, Mr Umar Abubakar confirmed this in a statement in Ado Ekiti.
According to Mr Abubakar, the judgement will be delivered at the Tribunal venue located within the Ekiti State High Court, Ado Ekiti by 9 o’clock in the morning.
