Nigeria’s Senate leader and governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC in Oyo state, senator Teslim Folarin has urged Muslims and non-Muslims to use the opportunity of this Holy Month to pray for all the elected leaders to deliver masses-focused governance.
Senator Folarin made this known in his Ramadan message to Muslim faithful in Oyo state.
He said “With the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan 2023 (1444 AH), I extend my best wishes to Muslim Ummah in Oyo State and around the world.”
“This sacred month affords us an opportunity to focus on reflection and spiritual growth, forgiveness, patience and resilience, compassion for the less privileged, unity and progress of Oyo State and Nigeria at large.”
“I urge Muslims and non-Muslims to use the opportunity of this Holy Month to pray for all the elected leaders to deliver masses-focused governance.”
“May you be well during Ramadan and throughout the year. May the Holy Month bring us favour and breakthroughs”. Folarin added
