Oyo RTEAN Chair, Com. Idowu Congratulates Makinde, Lawal, Expresses Confidence In Omituntun 2.0

Oyo state chairman, Road Transport Employer’s Association Of Nigeria, RTEAN, Comrade Kamorudeen Idowu, also known as Owogesi has congratulated Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde and his deputy, Chief Bayo Lawal on their successful inauguration into second term in office.

Comrade Idowu Owogesi in his congratulatory message made available to newsarena.ng in Ibadan described governor Makinde as a man of his words who is capable of delivering his campaign promises during the second term.

The Oyo RTEAN boss said he has no doubt that Gov. Makinde will be commended by residents of the state after the successful completion of his second term in 2027, noting that Oyo state will truly be a pace setter state in Nigeria.

While praising governor Makinde, Comrade Idowu appealed to residents of Oyo state to pray for the new administration in the state and support governor Makinde in his drive to boast the state economy.

He prayed God to give the governor wisdom, understanding, good health and long life to steer the affairs of the state to greater heights.

While reacting to the recent dissolution of the Alhaji Lamidi Auxiliary led PMS disciplinary committee, comrade Idowu appealed to governor Makinde to give other transport unions a sense of belonging in his second term.

He said RTEAN is a well structured transport union that is ready to give full support to governor Makinde’s administration.

Com Idowu Owogesi also urged governor Makinde to call for a round table meeting with heads of transport unions in Oyo state
