The mother of Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun, Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Oyo State, Alhaja Taiwo Nimotallahi Olatunbosun, is dead.
It was also gathered that the Commissioner for Trade, Investment, Industry and Cooperatives, Chief Ademola Ojo, has lost his father, Pa Adewole Ojo.
Olatunbosun died in the early hours of Wednesday at 80.
The commissioner said, “After a fruitful and eventful life of Almighty Allah’s abundant mercies and grace, our mother, grandmother, Alhaja Taiwo Nimotallahi Olatunbosun, gloriously transited to eternity”.
He added that his mother would be buried in Ikirun, Osun State, by 4 pm on Wednesday according to Islamic rites.
Meanwhile, Pa Adewole Ojo died at 92.
A close associate of the commissioner, in a short statement made available to newsmen said, “The State Commissioner for Trade, Investment, Industry and Cooperatives, our friend and brother, Chief Ademola Ojo, has lost his father at the age of 92 years.
Pa Adewole Ojo’s passing was announced by the Commissioner in the early hours of today, Wednesday, August 9th.
“May the Almighty God be with the Commissioner, his siblings and all the family members left by the deceased”.

Alhaja Taiwo Nimotallahi Olatunbosun, mother to Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun, has left an indelible mark on her family and community.
