Oyo APC Sets To Unveil 2023 Election Campaign Council

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo state has announced it’s readiness to formally inaugurate its campaign council tomorrow, Monday, to launch its electioneering ahead of the 2023 general elections.

This is coming just ten days after the APC leadership officially inaugurated the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) in Abuja.

The Oyo APC expressed optimism about winning the state for Tinubu and all of its candidates in 2023 in a statement signed by its chairman, Hon. Isaac Omodewu, and made available to journalists in Ibadan on Sunday. “No stone will be left unturned to run decent, engaging, and purposeful campaigns aimed at mobilizing voters across the nooks and crannies of Oyo state,” the statement read.

As anticipated, we have put together the best team to lead our campaigns in the state. On Monday, October 31, 2022, at 10 a.m., the Oke-Ado State Secretariat of our Great Party will inaugurate the Campaign Council, which is composed of seasoned politicians, exceptional professionals, and competent individuals.

“Apart from members of the State Executive Committee of Oyo APC and Party Chairmen from the 33 local government areas, other dignitaries expected to grace the inauguration ceremony are Sen. Teslim Folarin, Sen. Abdulfatai Buhari, Oloye Sarafadeen Alli, Dr. Yunus Akintunde as well as all the 14 House of Representatives and 32 House of Assembly candidates.”

“Among party leaders and chieftains expected are; all the former deputy governors, former and serving members of the National Assembly, former and serving House of Assembly members, members of the Elders’ Advisory Council, all former and serving federal appointees from the state, all former members of the Executive Committee at national and state levels who are still members of the party among others”, the statement concluded.
