There was jubilation in Ejigbo and Egbedore local governments of Osun state on Wednesday following the supreme court judgment which upheld the vcitory of the osun state governor, senator Ademola Adeleke in the last year July gubernatorial election.
Reacting to the jugdement , a one time lawmaker in osun state, Mr Judge Alabi described the verdict as a well deserved for the Osun state governor.
Mr Alabi maintained that judiciary in Nigeria has been renewed to serve as the last hope of Nigerians
Speaking with newsmen, Mr. Issac Jayeola said that the party did not expect anything less from the judgment of the supreme court. Mr Jayeola Issac spoke further that the will of the masses has come to stay in osun state, maintaining that Osun state residents should expect to enjoy the dividends of democracy the more.
Speaking on the judgment, an APC chieftain in osun state, Mr. Abiodun Akinwale congratulated the governor on his victory at the supreme court. Mr. Akinwale called on the governor to priotise the needs of the masses in Osun state. he urged the governor to work on health, education, road construction that will make life better for all and sundry in Osun state.
It was observed that party faithful carried placards and wore different attires as sign of jubilation to the victory of the incumbent governor,.
