Residents of ibadan have appealed to Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, to ensure that the National domestic card scheme is well secured to prevent holders from being defrauded.
One of them who is An automated teller machine, ATM, card user and simply identified himself as Mr Akin noted that security on the card should be top notch so that Fraudsters would not easily hack into it.
Mr Akin explained that he has eleven bank accounts for different purposes expressing worry that the latest policy might mix up his financial transactions.
Another respondent, Mrs Aderonke Bayo who was optimistic of the scheme said it would avail users the burden of carry several cards
They residents however urged CBN to simplify the process of obtaining the cards and make them affordable to Nigerians.
