Fola Akinosun Commends Oyo APC Stakeholders Over Turn Out, Encouraging Results From Saturday’s Election.

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, member of the South West Presidential campaign Council and Patron of Grassroots mobilisation for Tinubu in Oyo state, Dr Fola Akinosun has commended the gallantry efforts of party leaders, supporters and other stakeholders during the Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly Election which already produced three APC Senatorial winners and nine house of representatives members.

Dr Akinosun in a statement made available to newsmen in Ibadan particularly gave kudos to the state executive of the party led by its chairman, Isaac Omodewu, chairman of the Tinubu Shettima presidential campaign council in Oyo state; Dr. KK Raji and Chief wale Owuu , local government chairmen, support groups including Omo Akin sociopolitical group and party agents.

The grassroots politician said with the results gathered so far just few hours to the official announcement from the electoral umpire, it was not out of place to say God has crowned the gallantry efforts of APC stakeholders in Oyo state with good success.

While Fola Akinosun noted that our brothers and sisters that lost out of the elections must not be humiliated for any reason

Dr Akinosun however congratulated all the APC candidates who won in their respective elective position, nothing that the goodwill, hardwork and dedication of party stakeholders has paid off.

Fola Akinosun requested the party faithful to celebrate moderately, to allow official announcement of results, he gives thanks to God for the grace of peaceful conduct of the elections devoid of violence and casualty.

Akinosun commends the patriotism and endurance of Nigerians for trooping out en-masse in the face of Naira notes scarcity, no petrol and no telephone network, noting that the 2023 elections is unique, to prove that Nigerians can make a choice of leaders without money inducements, unlike earlier elections.
