In order to empower Nigerians, PDP presidential contender Alhaji Atiku Abubakar promises to set aside 10 billion US dollars if he is elected in 2023.
This was said by Alhaji Atiku in Akure, Ondo state where he flag off the South West region of his presidential campaign.
The money, according to the presidential candidate, will be given to support small and medium-sized businesses.
He also mentioned how his administration would deal with the nation’s security issue.
Alhaji Atiku pleaded with the people to support the PDP in the upcoming general election.
The PDP Nation Chairman, Mr. Iyorchia Ayu, also spoke, assuring the members that the party will bring the country together and elevate it in the eyes of the international community despite the dire state of the economy.
Among those who witnessed the campaign rally are governors of Osun state Senator Ademola Adeleke, Sokoto State Aminu Tambuwal, Akwa Ibom State Emmanuel Udom and both PDP National and state executive members.
