Women have been encouraged to intentionally create transformative value within their communities and spheres of influence.

This call was made during a virtual meeting organized by the Valuemakers Transformative Network on Sunday to commemorate this year’s International Women’s Day. The session, held via Google Meet, featured a keynote presentation on the theme “Give to Gain,” with the focus topic “Women Creating Transformative Value.”

The guest speaker, Tiwatitope Oyewole, a Human Resource professional and transformational thinker popularly known as “The Value Architect,” emphasized that transformative value cannot be built on mediocrity.

According to her, the essence of this year’s gathering was to remind women of the immense power they carry collectively.
“When women gather, something powerful happens. Ideas are exchanged, confidence is strengthened, opportunities are created, and transformation begins,” she stated.
She further urged women to move beyond inspiration and translate their potential into meaningful action, stressing that excellence remains a key requirement for creating lasting and transformative impact in society.
Participants who joined the session from different parts of Nigeria described the meeting as insightful, impactful, and an eye-opening experience that reinforced the importance of women contributing actively to societal transformation.
The event concluded with renewed commitment among attendees to embrace excellence and intentionally create value that positively influences communities and future generations.
