Over 1,000 Civil Servants Converted To Fill Vacant Positions Under Makinde’s Administration – OYCSC Boss

Over 1,000 civil servants in Oyo state under the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde have been converted to fill vacant positions in ministries and relevant agencies in the state.

Alhaji Kamorudeen Aderibigbe chairman, Oyo State Civil Service Commission stated this during the conversion exercise for civil servants, held at Simeon Adebo Hall, Secretariat Ibadan.

Alhaji Aderibigbe who said over 1,000 civil servants have been converted between 2019 and 2023to fill the vacant positions in government MDA’s, stressed that with the support of Governor Seyi Makinde, civil servants in the state have been encouraged to improve their academic knowledge for efficiency and improvement of the state civil service.

He explained that over 400 candidates sitting for the conversion exercise will be selected after a thorough interview from panelists.

He hinted that the interview date for successful Candidates is expected to hold on Wednesday at Simeon Adebo Hall Agodi Secretariat Ibadan.
