Muslim Students Society of Nigeria, MSSN, Oyo State Area Unit has decorated its Patrons and Matrons who have been found worthy in Islam to further strengthen the activities of the Society.
The Beneficiaries include, a foremost Professor, Abdulrasheed Aderinoye, Professor Hamdalat Olaniyan and the Chief Executive Officer, Kayrom Lee Gym and Fitness Centre, who is also the Iyalaje Adini of Oyo State, Ambassador Romoke Ayinde.
Speaking at the Unveiling of One Billion Naira Islamic Centre and the Investiture at the University of Ibadan, a Professor of Islamic Studies, AbdulAfiz Oladosu said, the MSSN which was established many years ago, had foster unity among the Muslim Students and empower them spiritually to make them more steadfast on the righteous path.
Chairman on the Occasion, a Senator representing Oyo Central, Yunus Akintunde who was represented in acting capacity by a Professor of Agriculture, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Abideen Olaiya noted that the Society had contributed in no small measure to the work of Islam, adding that, there is still room for improvement particularly, when the proposed Islamic Centre is completed.
While receiving an Award, one of the Matrons, the Iyalaje Adini of Oyo State, Ambassador Romoke Ayinde commended the MSSN for its doggedness towards propagating Islam, advising the leadership to extend the teachings of Islam to Islamic Schools in the State.

Earlier, Amir of the Society, AbdulKabir Alamal’Yakeen who appreciated those who have been assisting the Students’ Society, called on all Muslims to ensure the successful completion of the Unveiled Islamic Centre by donating generously for the Project.
Highpoint of the Event was cutting of the 70th Anniversary Cake of MSSN which was donated by the Chief Executive Officer, Kayrom Lee Gym and Fitness Centre, Ibadan, Ambassador Romoke Ayinde.
