The Ondo state security network , Amotekun Corps has intercepted some trucks loaded with suspected bandits and dangerous weapons entering the state from the northern parts of the country.
The corps says one hundred and forty-nine suspects have been apprehended in the operations that took place in three local government areas of the state.
The Corps Commander , Chief Adetunji Adeleye while parading the suspects in Akure said they had been monitoring influx of strange faces in the last couple of weeks within and around forest reserves and other parts of the Ondo State .
He who explained that another set of 31 suspected criminals were arrested two weeks ago announcing that Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa had directed that school shuttle buses must be placed on surveillance.
