There are speculations that four of Fresh FM’s Ibadan On Air Personalities (OAP) are migrating to a new radio station ready to begin full operation by January 1st, 2024.
According to report, the new radio station “Success FM” owned by the founder of Top Success Mobile and Home Appliances outlets in Ibadan has engaged the services of the OAPs
The OAPs leaving Fresh FM include Akinwale Fasasi popularly known as ‘Wiseman’, Babatunde Saheed otherwise known as ‘Mr Sports’, Adesina Jagunmade also known as Paj1, and Oyetayo Oladimeji also known as ‘MC Handsome’.
Reports also have it that Paj1 has been appointed as the new General Manager at Success FM.
A source who spoke with westermirrow news said, “yes it is true Success FM has poached some notable OAPs at Fresh FM and at this point it’s already a done deal, it’s only a matter of when they’ll officially resume their designations at the new radio station.”
Meanwhile, a WhatsApp message sent to Akinwale Fasasi “Wiseman” by newsarena.ng to congratulate him confirmed his change of professional home as he responded with “Thank you baba, Ire na a kaari”
