Eight domestic employees of David Adedeji, better known by his stage name Davido, have been brought to the police station for questioning in relation to the passing of his son Ifeanyi, according to the police in Lagos State.
This was confirmed to journalists on Tuesday by the command’s spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin.
“Eight housekeepers have been hauled in for interrogation. Anyone found not guilty will be released.
He stated, “Those found responsible will be prosecuted.”
According to NAN, Ifeanyi reportedly drowned on Monday in a swimming pool at the singer’s residence on Banana Island.
Three days after his third birthday, the boy passed away.
According to reports, the youngster was taken by ambulance to Evercare Hospital in Lekki, where doctors there declared him dead.
According to reports, the couple left Ifeanyi with his caregivers on Monday to drive to Ibadan for a family reunion.
